Lots of places are struggling for business now. You can walk into Chez Francois with no reservation now a days. For the budding epicurean, this can be a good time to try new things as even the nice places are offering 'deals' like cheap tasting menus and buy 1 get 1 entree offers. The local papers here in Annapolis have more coupons and ads running for all the restaurants in town. Normally you have to have reservations at many of them, not anymore!
