Worked like a charm and took about 30 mins...it helped to have a mirror and flashlight to look at the clips for the lighting assembly. Other than that, quick wire job, then clean up and getting everything where I want it. I also used the motor 10mm torx screw for the ground and so far so good with no cutout of power when I use the sunroof.

Unless your car PMS' you should be alright on the motor wire. I have been for about a year...
