Other than special parts that had long lead times from Germany almost everything I've ordered has been in stock and quickly shipped. They beat my local dealer by quite a margin and the free shipping makes it even less costly than paying local taxes. I've bought bodywork and maintenance items for my E90 M3 and a E70 X5, very trustworthy dealership experience.
