Usually BMW are pretty good when it comes to good will and if they aren't then sometimes a dealership will sort something. Worst case you could threaten small claims court as it could be claimed to be a defect. Where I have found them to be absolutely useless and unhelpful is in relation to anything A C Shnitzer the dealer puts on your car - BMW don't want to know. That's why my new car doesn't have any
