You can adjust it.
Basically there is a screw you turn to adjust it horizontally. Open the hood and look above the headlight towards the corner amber light. You should see a round rubber cap that is snapped onto the car frame. Pop that rubber cap off and you should then see a spot where you can put a star shaped screw driver.
Turn the knob with the screw driver and that will move the projector in the horizontal position.
