I really wish people would keep their mouth shut unless you actually know what you are talking about. False information is completely useless and detrimental to helping the OP actually fix his problem.

In the first picture you see a small round circle rubber cap attached to the fender. Pull that off and there is a small adjustment screw that you use to adjust horizontal position. There is another cap in the same position on the drivers side.

You need a philips head screwdriver(one in your trunk) to adjust them.

The piece circled in red is used for vertical adjustment.
