TCK is a legit race shop, maybe even primarily so. March/April is start of SCCA and many other series' regular seasons, I'd not even expect to get a call back for weeks. Everyone wants it now because they forgot to do XYZ in off season and now it is race time, and the back log for people who had orders in over winter is still immense.
No affiliation other than I used to work with a similar race shop that did high end custom shocks & rebuilds years ago and it was total chaos heading into the spring racing season.
