Really was pretty easy, I also bought the M-sport specific brake ducts so that it all lined up, and the 335is scoops. I trimmed out the center plastic area, which I made a diagram for (not my car, but best pic I could find of what it looks like)

Like said above, the passenger side bolts up to the oil cooler if you have it, and all fits in exactly like stock. I was even able to leave the tabs on the bumper (though I might remove if I don't like the look).

For the Driver's side, the brake duct fits up like stock in the stock location and screws. The air duct on that side is a little trickier since there is nothing for the duct to bolt up to unless you have the BMW Performance Package. What I did here was cut a hole in through the duct and brake duct and wire tied those together, then I cut a window in the wheel well liner at the back of the duct and installed this:

It doesn't fit up perfect, but its pretty dang good, and just wire tied the duct to that grille.
