Not so sure about the PPK, it wasn't delivered with it but the seller seems to think it has it, then again I'm planning changes so I'm not too concerned

Does not have the PPK. You would have a sticker on the intake duct that says Performance Power Kit and PPK also has upgraded fan and aux radiator, neither of which is in the pictures.
