This entire thread is about Pro Radio not Idrive.
PRO Radio is for a non idrive car.
Your idrive question is not relevant to this thread.
There is a bunch of stuff about the Android piggy back
unit which are in general not well supported on the stereo
sub forum.

The usual mistake people make with idrive android piggy back untis is not transferring the
Most bus connection to the Harness adapter that goes to the connection
on the back of the old idrive. They come with no instructions if
they are from China.
I don't have one but there are threads on them on the stereo and idrive
subforums.
