6HP26 Mercon SP
for those of you who have searched far and wide for some definitive proof if mercon sp is safe in our cars with the ZF 6HP26, here’s my pan after 60K miles of running mercon sp. car now has 135k miles. I did a drain and fill with mercon sp last time and this time did the bridge seal and valve body seals as well as a full fluid exchange. Used 15 quarts of mercon sp to flush out all the old and fill with new. Car runs and shifts great!
