That really really sucks!
I bought my 2010 335i on Dec 30th (build date 10/2009) and now I'm starting to wonder if or when this is going to happen to mine.
It has 650 miles and so far it's been running fine.
Now every time I take it out for a spin, this problem is going to be in the back of my mind.
