I can say that before I had the 245/35 tires on the front I was running 235/35. I didn't like the stretch of these tires so that's why I swapped to a wider tire. When I did I started rubbing upfront.

When you look at the difference between 235 and 245 on the same wheel and offset there is not much but apparently enough to rub.

As far as 19s go, 235/35 and 275/30 are a perfect rolling diameter match, and a slightly larger diameter to OEM. Many try to match ///M3 diameters, which is slightly tall and wide for our run-of-the-mill e9Xs, especially when lowered.
