With the 18x9.0" ET31 in the front, the 235/40/18 tire size is a little stretched and thus does not have rubbing issues in the front. However, the 18x10" ET25 rear is very aggressive, and though the 265/35/18 is stretched on it, some extreme summer tires such as Hankook RS-3s or Dunlop Star Specs that run wider than most street tires, those would be more prone to rubbing. You can either make sure that you choose a tire similar to lcix that stretches a bit so that the rubbing is minimal, or you can roll your rear fenders to alleviate the issue. There is also the 18x10" ET33 which would be a much better fitment for the e9x pre-LCI, and you can run a wider 275/35/18 street tire on it as well.

The Race Silver finish on the EC-7s is closer to an OEM silver finish, while the Hyper Silver finish on the ARC-8s is a very bright and shiny silver, though it is not polished.
