Price Check: 2011 335i xDrive Sport 6MT 109k *Accident History*

2011 BMW 335i xDrive, 6MT, E90, Sport and Cold Weather packages. Bone stick and never modified (As far as I can tell). Car is just under 110k miles. It's for sale at a used car dealership, but was serviced at BMW dealerships all it's life. Carfax indicated a front end accident in 2016, in which the car was immobilized, but air bags did not deploy. Car was fixed at BMW dealership with OEM parts (to the tune of $16k). Apparently the car was in another front end accident 4 months prior where the same BMW dealer did the work at a cost of $7k.

Lots of stuff was replaced, and the car is now 25k miles older, so I presume the work is sound.

The only thing I don't love is that it looks like the oil change history shows the car going closer to 20k miles between changes for most of its life.

The used car dealership is asking $11.5k, but would likely take $10.5k now. I wouldn't want to offer more than $10k, but with the news of the accidents, I'm not sure how I feel (part of me likes all the new parts, the other part of doesn't like that its been roughed up twice).

Thoughts? Is this worth checking out? And if so, where do we land on price?
