I wondered the same thing...
I was just about to buy from Evan, saw the BMWPartsPros Banner @ top of page & decided just to get a 2nd quote for shits & giggles
Maybe he doesn't advertise because you have to enter in all the correct part numbers yourself vs. just clicking on the package deal @ Tischer like you stated
I've actually had Jon quote me some other items & he has been cheapest on everything.
I just use Penskeparts.com to find my own part numbers...
