rough idle as in bounces around in a range of maybe 200rpm when idling, not major shakiness

sometimes after a hard acceleration the car starts misfiring alot for the next 5-10 minutes

everything stock

spark plugs just replaced and vanos solenoids cleaned to no avail and oil change has been done regularly

since its random misfire, I kind of doubt it coils or injectors cause they wouldn't all go bad at once

and also I think alot of common issues would trigger specific codes maybe
