Yes, normal and you get used to it. Added camber is the trade off
Thanks for the responses guys.

I sprayed down my lower steering shaft U joint with WD-40 and topped off the power steering reservoir and that did the trick. Now my steering is only very very slightly heavier than before but much much lighter compared to where I started off with my complaint.

The steering feels "normal" for an e92 now even with the m3 arms.
