I hope this give yall some idea on how these things are put together. Use it as a reference and decide for yourself if this is something you can do for yourself if you are planing to swap trim or swap outside mirror...If anyone has experience in removing the black trim piece from the mirror, feel free and share your experience. The pictures should help alot since I marked the pins for the door panel and the pins for the trim.
