Same Problem

I'm experiencing the same problem.

The research I'm finding is when the lights are turned on there is no HI/LO beam, per se. The headlight assembly has a flap (or eye lid if you will....) that drops down and covers the high beam in normal mode. When you call for high beams, the flap moves up and out of the way to expose the full Xenon beam.

From what I understand, the only way to fix the flaps is to replace the entire headlight assembly, which isn't bad cost wise, until you add in the Adaptive Headlight option, then it goes through the roof!

Not sure if there's a work around to repair it or not. If you have a solution to the flap issue, any help would be appreciated.
