There are two from 07. There is one from 08/2007 on torrents. The 12/2007 which is updated information and some instructions that were left out included, which is NOT on torrents except for the one i'm posting. I spent about 20 minutes looking for a newer version than 08/2007. I'm getting the file over to jopa right now. He'll likely offer an http link which I recommend PM'ing a request for and said he'd also seed the torrent currently available in the original post... Enjoy!
