I can read Program flash with consistent results, but when I'm reading EEprom I'm just getting garbage. Even the read verify detects problems with the original read and the verification read. When I then compare 2 consecutive reads they have plenty of mismatches.
Am I'm missing something or am I looking at a broken EEprom chip?
