Exactly. I stood up to her once. I was in the managers office with HR being made out to be a jerk 20 minutes later. Manaagement here is so liberal, you can do whatever the hell you want as long as you don't hurt anyone's feelings.

Make the classic move. Stab her in the back when she is on vacation. Find a way. If you are doing her job for her, let her know you'll need access to her emails. Sounds like there is plenty in there to get her in big trouble.
