To your first question, I have several e9x's. Some with hump and some without. Definitely the cars without hump have BT phone only with no audio. I have one with hump and BT audio, and one with hump and no BT audio. My experience buying these things is that BT audio is a rare option.
To your next question, I have ProClip mounts in all of my cars. They work really well. You buy a base specific to your car, and a phone mount specific to your phone model:
