Which part of the key can be programmed without a diagnostic tool? The transponder? That's the chip that the vehicle recognizes to start, that has nothing to do with the remote portion, and there aren't any procedures to program this into the vehicle without a diagnostic tool of some sort, or EEPROM.
What part of this key are you saying can be programmed without tools. Please let me know..
