I worked for 18 years only with windows PC. Last autumn I bough a macbook pro 17" and I love it. I should have done this far earlier. It is such a dream. Stable, starts in 12 seconds, shuts down in about 3! try to do that with Windows
Everything I attached to it just works, without needed drivers. Making a photo album or a video is just so easy, and you are able to start and end with end without a single crash. Everything with the standard apple software. I didn't buy any software, I use Open Ofice which works fine. I use it to work home, keep the excel format and use it at work again.
I have a apple time machine as well, which has 1TB harddisk and makes automatic over air backups.
Sure, I paid more for an Apple, but the easy of use, and the hassle free working is worth it!
