Ok you are new so I'll be nice... I owned a 2007 E90 328 from 07 to 2013.
Do the following
Replace any gasket as soon as a leak shows. Valve cover gasket will probably fail at around 80k miles. Same goes for your water pump.
For maintenance do the following
Change your spark plugs. I believe it's 80k for the NA N52 motor but mind as well have peace of mind and do it now.
Change transmission fluid (and pan\filter if auto)
Change differential fluid
Change power steering fluid
Change brake fluid
Check the belt and pullies.. if you see any play or abnormal noise change that ASAP
Have suspension inspected and swap out anything that needs swapping out.
Change oil every 5k-7k miles
Obviously check air filter and replace if necessary.
Learn to properly wash and wax the car yourself.
