Yo 2011 335d here,
Mixed highway/city driving. Operating temps once warm tend to stick above 88c and I have seen as high as 103c tho only while towing a loaded 5x8 trailer.
Otherwise, between 90-93c is normal as tmasrh stated.
Maybe not so interesting is if sitting trying to "cool" her down I will blast the a/c on max or defrost just to power on all the fans up front to bring the temps down before shut off.. My two cent
