it seems to me that if the buy-back (lemon title) can be directly linked to a HPFP recall - then the value of the car should not take a huge hit. it's not even remotely the same a so many other cars that may be titled with 'flood, arson, repairable rebuild, total loss, electrical gremlin' type issues.
what does the title actually list as the problem? again, if spelled out HPFP, i'd buy it with confidence.
