Morning all,

Just a quick one which is bothering me.

My N57 325d is a little lumpy on startup (from cold). This sometimes goes away with a little blip of the throttle and always once the engine has warmed up.

It's had a new preheating control unit (12218591724) and isn't throwing any codes.

I've read somewhere that it may be due to requiring a software update? How would I know if the car requires this?

Any other suggestions?
