I wonder if the N47 swirl flap Bing can be used if the swirl flaps are rod are removed. But would that throw errors again.

The N57 like the N47 uses a rod to hold the swirl flaps so you could use a bung to block the hole. I do not know if the N47 bung would fit the N57 engine though. If it didn't you would still leave the existing part in place but obviously with the rod and flaps removed.
It won't raise any codes because you aren't actually disconnecting the electric actuator, it will still function but it won't actually be doing anything useful.
