"Left-side parking lamp and daytime running lamp malfunction."


I had this error pop up last summer and tried to bring it in for service but by the time I got there it was gone. And the dealership drove it and looked for the code but they never put it down on paper so that I could use that to get it fixed now that I'm out of warranty. Does anyone know how to fix this? And is this the service bulletin that pertains to it?

Out of warranty what are my options?
