Sound is like shocks are reaching their limit (inner range) and pressure is going on bump stops. My mate has driven this on speed bump (while I watched) and I can confirm that wheels are not touching wheel arches, and it is down to shocks / bump stops.
I am not sure what is happening down there, but I will get this checked by professionals in few months.

Sam, before you go too far,I'd take off your front wheel spacers and then see if you experience the rubbing,looking at the last pic you've posted I'd be amazed if the tyre doesn't catch somewhere on the arch.
Do you get any rubbing when turning?
