Did anyone lease an E90 in September?

I am trying to find out if the offer of $0 down and no security deposit was valid in September. Current October offer says, BMWFS will make 1st payment for you (upto $500) and there is $0 security deposit.

I am going to try and get my car at September price, and figuring out if the offers were same last month.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
