Solution of Navi-update-problem:
Today I tried to upgrade the road maps with the 2020-1 maps.
This time I started the update in RADIO-mode and suddenly it worked!
So I guess that in radio-mode the cache doesn't load the 6500 musik titles and therefore it is enough space to take the new navi data into cache.
