Also, a tuner can disable the EGR system and we don't technically have to run a race pipe? I did read up on the intake flap delete, but this also would have to be reprogrammed? I noticed this option on the Malone tuning website.

Egr can be codes off, or the pin trick. New intake manifolds are stupid expensive. And yes malone has just a delete software. Also tunemyeuro has an egr non race pipe delete.
