So I has this evil bunch of lights. Swapped transfer case actuator motor, did a transfer case and transmission drain and fill. That's didn't fix proble. Flashed ECU and recoded, nope, still there. Read somewhere about a possible bad wheel bearing. So I changed my suspect wheel bearing and low and behold, that was the culprit. Lights are off, cruise control and all wheel drive working again...
