I got them from Tischer. the springs were ~$85 each. but BMW of gwinnet in Atlanta have a better price (for the suspension kit also).

I had the suspension kit, which includes the dampers, and the springs installed. The car does look slightly lowered but I cannot quantify by how much. I was very short of time with my schedule and was unable to take good 'standardized' before and after pictures. I am trying to get photos that can be compared with older photos of the car, and will post them here. As for the spring rates, I have no clue. The guy who did the installation thought these were stiffer, if that means anything useful.

Edit: before (black window trim) and after (chrome trim) pictures. these were taken at different locations at slightly different angles, and i am not sure if i see any difference in height at all.
