And to think people were putting these on back in early Nov. AND that they were attempting to say that the only reason i didn't think winters were worth the bother was because i couldn't afford them.

Do these people accept now that they were massively overreactive when it came to winters tyres? I doubt it. They'll probably have some lame excuse as to why they believe they are still correct Nevermind, at least they'll be feeling some benefits from them from the passed 2 days of the coldest temperatures we've had this winter. Bad news is that by tomorrow afternoon the temperature will be back to 12-13c in the majority of England. Definitely worth that £500-700 most of you spent. And the hassle of having to change them over. And the fact that people on winter tyres have had grip akin to LingLong tyres as they have been driving around in temperatures of 10c+ for the passed 2 months in mostly dry conditions.
