Now as for the runs with Walked U last night.
Well, I'd say with Terry and me in his car, and Sherwin and his gf in his car, the race weights between the two cars were within 30 lbs of each other.
Sherwin has some mods to his car that drop weight, but also have mods that ADD weight (larger FMIC and oil cooler).
Car to car, I'd venture to say Terry's car would be probably effectively (taking the rotational mass advantage into consideration) about 100-120 lbs less.
But last night, both Terry and I weigh more than Sherwin and his gf.
Terry and I combined weigh about 355-360.
Sherwin and his gf combine weigh about 245-250.
So Terry's 100-120 lbs car's weight advantage was basically completely eaten up by the occupants.
So it was probably purely the difference in the amount of gas between the cars that would differentiate the weights.
Again, both had somewhere around 1/3rd tank, both on 96ish Octane.
So other than the auto vs. manual tranny, the comparo was pretty fair.
