I drive highway every day and the mileage change was negligible going from 3.23 to 3.73, less than .5mpg.
I doubt the difference from 3.73 to 3.91 would be noticeable at all.
I averaged 19.5 mpg stock for my overall commuting. Now with MILV’s, tune, 3.73 diff, and all my mods and driving like a madman I’m getting 18.5mpg average.
