MI doesnt test for Emissions. Run catless if you want (more power) and they really cant do anything. I would wait until your warranty is out though.
Ive been running catless for a while without any Issues!

You dont need to figure out symptoms or read threads of other people problems. You need to have to codes read and take it to the dealer if its still in warranty. If not, the worst place to have work done is the dealer!
What codes are you throwing?
