The only thing you'll need to note is that some of parts will be missing for a complete retrofit (more specifically, based on the diagram below, my kit includes parts 1,2,8,9 and 10, so you'd need to pick up 3 - 7 and 11 - 15. But the good news is that they're the minor, relatively inexpensive parts. And it's possible that these parts are the same for the 328i brakes, but you'll need to confirm part numbers.
