You have any idea why they are doing this? They had my car for 2+ days too. When I signed my invoice there was literally a 1" stack of papers under it but they wouldn't let me see them. They just said it was shop notes and tests. I can't understand how a 4 page invoice that mainly states that they couldn't anything results in a 1" stack of notes and tests.
