So after taking forever to try my fix, I attempted cleaning the gummy passenger door pull. I put a healthy amount of Denatured alcohol on a paper towel and gently cleaned the handle. It got rid of all the dirt, loose pigment in the plastic dye that had oxidized, as well as restoring the beige color to factory. All the dirt and black color was actually stuck residue and the handle now matches the other two rear. It left my plastic intact, and did NOT dissolve the soft touch coating NOR peeled it away. Best of all, I didn't need to buy a replacement part! I then put a thin layer of furniture wax over it by hand to seal the surface. I'll update on how it does.
