Assuming its a manual transmission, no Harmon Kardon stereo, no convenience package, rwd, and you arent trading any car in then yes this seems like a fair price. My own personal experience with buying a 2011 335 was based on the Midwest marketplace though, so your Cali market may be different. But it seems pretty fair. The car is equipped well and has a great color=someone will buy it. I found that if you really want a killer deal on a 335 near me, you should look for a rwd, non-nav without the sports package. Not the car I wanted to buy though...
