Right2Repair Thank you for the post as I was able to successfully update my map. I haven't updated them since the 2011 version!

In total it took about 1 hour and 3 minutes to complete the download to my car. I just inserted my car key waited for navigation screen to load and then inserted the USB key into the glove box usb. Within a few seconds a screen will popup asking you to update your maps.
