Think of VLT like decibels but flipped, meaning the difference between 20-30% VLT is much more significant than 50-70%. As you drop VLT percentages the effect it has is essentially multiplied.

Yeah but the police have meters here to measure and they carry them with them. I got stopped by my highway police the other day because of exhaust and he told me to roll my windows up (since he saw my rear dark tint) and wasn't happy when saw my windows were legal. He was trying to give me a ticket. The bastard.
