Consider looking into an ozone treatment for the interior, it can be really effective at removing smoke odors from foam and fabrics etc.

This should be done after you have cleaned off all the hard surfaces as much as possible.

If you DIY please do it safely, ozone is reactive and an irritant to the body, so don’t run the generator too long and let it air out before going inside the car.
