I think it's actually pretty good value, they don't even have a mandatory car inspection before the warranty starts, unlike Porsche who want every single little issue rectified - at OPC rates - before you start your warranty.
I had to make a couple of claims last week and they flew through - no hassle, no diagnostics charges, no negotiation - a pretty good service if you ask me.
